PROGRAM

The Switzerland program is for certified majors and minors in the WSU College of Business. Students who are certified in other majors at WSU and interested in receiving an IBUS minor are encouraged to apply. The program is located at the University Center Cesar Ritz (UCCR) in Brig, which lies in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The immediate surroundings of the town offer unequaled beauty and opportunities to relax, whether hiking in the spring or skiing in the winter. UCCR is operated by the Cesar Ritz Colleges and is housed in a college building with facilities of a modern campus. Faculty members from WSU and UCCR will provide course instruction in English (up to 15 credit hours). WSU students and students from UCCR will take classes together.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

The on-line application consists of three phases. The initial phase is the application phase where you will be required to read and sign multiple signature documents, complete questionnaires and deliver material submissions to Bryan Hall, Room 101. Your application will be reviewed and submitted to the Faculty Director. The Faculty Director will determine if your application meets the minimum requirements for acceptance into the program. Once your application is accepted you will be moved into the acceptance phase of the on-line application. You will be asked to commit to participating on the program.  If you do not commit to the program by the application deadline your application will be withdrawn and your placement in the program will be offered to the next student. If you choose to commit you are agreeing to the costs associated with the program as outlined in the budget sheets of the application and on the promotional flyer.

Please Note: Faculty-led programs are dependant upon a minimum number of applicants in order to run. After the final application deadline we will notify you if we have received enough applicants for the program to run and announce the final costs and billing schedule. Be sure to print yourself a copy of each section of the application for your records.
